After ig crude extraction of SW to S_(180) sareoma rooted in mouse and EMT_6 model micewith breast carcinoma for 12 d at dose of 16 mg/kg, the inhibitory rates of weight amounts to 49.7% and 49.4% re-spectively (P<0.01).Given crude extraction of SW at 4 mg/kg combined with irradiation at 5 Gy~(60)Co-γ, the inhibi-tory rate of weight of S_(180) amount to 64.5% (P<0.01).It shows that SW has obviously antineoplastic.1 陈聪颖,陆阳,陈泽乃,等.天然产物在抗癌药物发现和开发中的作用
